Friends and Feelings

The Friends & Feelings group program provides an opportunity for children to develop and practice emotional regulation and social skills within a small group setting with other similarly aged children. Children attend fortnightly sessions and practice their skills in between sessions. During the last 30 minutes of the child sessions, a Clinical Psychologist provides feedback to parents regarding the session content. Home practice tasks are given to increase the generalization of learnt skills.
