Enrolment Process

As parents ourselves, we know how busy life gets. That is why we have made our group enrolment process as quick, simple and transparent as possible. To reduce uncertainty and ensure you are supported through the enrolment process, we provide a personal, free phone call to discuss your child’s needs, and try our best to answer any questions. Our three-step enrolment process is outlined below:

Complete our short ‘Register Interest’ form

Let us know your group, date and time preferences, as well as the best way for us to contact you.

Set up a free phone call

Either Sonia or Melinda will contact you within the next 48 hours to set up a free phone call.

Discuss enrolment

During the phone call, we will discuss your child’s individual needs, and try to answer any questions you have. Based on the information provided, we will talk through suitable options and next steps.

Overview

We are currently taking expressions of interest for participation in the Secret Agent Society (SAS) social skills group program, running in the City of Casey area in Terms 1 and 2, 2026.

The Secret Agent Society group program is an evidence-based intervention used to enhance the social and emotional regulation skills of neurodiverse children aged 8 to 12. Participants attend 10 two-hour group sessions, occurring on a fortnightly basis.

The Secret Agent Society group program is conducted by certified facilitators, and is suitable for neurodiverse children with Autism-Spectrum-Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit-Hyperactive-Disorder (ADHD), or another difficulty in social interaction or emotional regulation.

The total cost to participate over 10 two-hour sessions in our Secret Agent Society group program is $3500. This includes access to Secret Agent Society online materials and online game, which can be accessed outside of the sessions. The cost is typically fully covered by NDIS funding.
